Developed and maintained many complex systems for a global youth-oriented 
media and entertainment company. The website has over 60 million members that 
is ranked #1 on the Internet for time spent per user, page views per user and 
is #5 for total page views, behind only Yahoo, eBay, MSN and Google. Some of 
the larger Fortune 500 licensees and advertisers include Hasbro, Mattel, 
McDonald's, Warner Bros., Disney, General Mills, Nestle, Wizards of the Coast 
and many others. 
Systems worked on include: the main sponsored content system; survey system; 
complex reporting system for content and surveys; sponsored content logging & 
stats summarizing system; client reporting tool; MySQL servers with over 5000 
databases (approx 750GB;) co-registrations on the website, including creating 
a complex application to send data files in a variety of ways, at any time 
interval, to the clients; a mass mailing system with over 30 million 
subscribers; friendly administrative UIs for the sponsored content admin, 
with complex search engines for sponsored content and surveys; streamlined 
data-output APIs for quick creation of powerful administrative interfaces.
Worked with and am familiar with various ad-media formats including:

there I designed and maintained customized Internet applications using Perl, 
PHP, MySQL, Qmail and other Internet technologies. Directed team of 
programmers and designers on various new and existing interactive web 
developments.  Maintained 8 Linux servers as necessary.
Systems worked on include: Customized e-commerce solutions; client 
administration "control panel" for easy integration of new Content Management 
System applications including news, polls, calendars, and email capture; full 
featured mass-mailing system built on Qmail tied into CMS newsletter 
application; database backup and restore utilities.

working as a technical support representative helping customers with any
