RTMP Streaming
I am very familiar with RTMP streaming and Flash Media Server. I currently maintain a Flowplayer installation that uses RTMP and a plugin I wrote for it personally.
Pseudo Streaming
I can setup pseudo streaming using Apache or Lighthttpd.
Progressive Download
While it is my least favorite of online video solutions, sometimes Progressive Download is all you can do, and I am certainly capable of setting it up. I can also guide you on how to deliver the best user experience with your non-streamed media.
topEncoding
Using FFMPEG I have built applications that allow users to upload video, which is then encoded into FLV format and pushed into the CMS system (usually user-uploaded videos require admin approval.) I have also setup systems that use FFMPEG to allow users to pick a frame in their video to make a thumbnail from. I can pretty much encode anything.
topFlowplayer
Flowplayer is by far my favorite "free" player out there. Its rich features, ease of use, and extensive API make it the player of choice for any web developer. I have become intimately familiar with it, especially over the last week or so as I created a plugin for it for a 3rd party ad network.
